Two bathrooms in this modern Montecito Heights home were thoughtfully reimagined to enhance light, flow, and everyday functionality. Without altering the home's footprint, we focused on refining the layouts and material palette to create spaces that feel calm, cohesive, and intentional. Warm stone, subtle texture, and clean-lined fixtures were selected to complement the home's modern architecture while maintaining a sense of softness and ease.
